This is your opportunity to enroll in or drop your Buy-Up Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage. ​

Here’s what you need to know: ​

• There are no changes to our disability coverage or the leaves of absence we offer. ​
• The Company will continue to provide Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability coverage at no cost to you.​ ​

Important information for SpringWorks employees: ​

You’ll receive more information in December about transitioning to your new leave of absence policies and disability coverage.​
