Group Whole Life Insurance with LONG-Term Care

Known as “Group Whole Life Insurance with Long Term Care Rider,” this life insurance program also provides a special benefit to help you pay for long-term care if you or your covered spouse/domestic partner needs it. (Age limits may apply.)

If you enroll as a new hire, you may be able to enroll in this program without answering questions about your health.

In addition, The Standard (formerly Allstate) counselors are available to speak with you about how group whole life insurance with a long-term care benefit works.

• If you (and your spouse or domestic partner) are age 70 or younger, call 1-866-701-7439 to speak with counselor from The Standard.
• If you or your spouse or domestic partner is age 71-80, you must schedule an appointment online at https://ABEnroll.as.me/emdmillipore, then speak with a counselor to enroll by phone. Payment through payroll deduction is not available for those age 71-80; you will pay The Standard directly.
• Enrollment is not available for employees and their spouses or domestic partners older than age 80.

Note: You may only elect this coverage during the Annual Enrollment period, as a new hire, or following a Qualifying Life Event.
