If you do not enroll within 31 days, you will only have Company-provided Short-Term Disability (STD), Basic Long-Term Disability (LTD), and Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D). Your next opportunity to enroll or make changes will be Annual Enrollment held in the fall, unless you experience a life event during the year.

At the End of the Year, You May Have to Enroll Twice
If you’re newly eligible for benefits or begin employment during or after the fall Annual Enrollment, you will be required to process two enrollment elections:
Please be sure to complete the New Hire enrollment first, then the Annual Enrollment, to ensure you have the proper coverage beginning on your date of hire or eligibility date.
