Welcome to New Hire Benefits Expo

Welcome to the Company! Our comprehensive benefits program, Benefits4Me, goes beyond the basics to support you and your family, help you pursue your goals, and grow with you as your life changes. Explore the New Hire Benefits Expo to discover what’s available and create your benefits formula: the right mix of benefits for your needs and the goals on your horizon.

We know you have a lot to do as you settle into your new job. Because you joined after fall Annual Enrollment, you’ll need to enroll twice: once for your 2026 benefits and again for your 2027 benefits. Keep these dates and deadlines in mind as you review your options and make coverage decisions:

Within 30 days of your enrollment(s)
Respond to any request for documentation to verify your dependents’ eligibility. Coverage for eligible dependents takes effect retroactively to your first day of work.

45 days

Your benefits support you at home, at work, and through all of life’s moments—take time now to consider your options. When you’re ready, you will complete two enrollments on Benefits4MeEnroll.com:

  • New Hire Enrollment: Complete within 31 days of your start date. If you do not enroll, you’ll only have Company-provided Short-Term Disability, Basic Long-Term Disability, and Basic Life and AD&D for the remainder of 2026. You will not have medical, dental, or vision insurance through the Company in 2026.
  • Annual Enrollment: Complete by December 31, 2026. If you don’t take action, your 2026 elections, if enrolled, will carry over to 2027, except FSAs. You must elect an FSA each year to participate. Unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event, your next opportunity to enroll or make changes will be Annual Enrollment in the fall.

Benefits That Require Enrollment

Select a benefit below for a general overview and review your 2027 Annual Enrollment Guide for more details about coverage. Be sure to see what’s changing in 2027.

Who’s Eligible for Coverage?

In addition to yourself, you can cover eligible dependents under the medical, dental, vision, group life and AD&D plans, and voluntary benefits. Dependent verification is required. Review who’s eligible for health coverage and gather birth dates and Social Security numbers for the eligible family members you plan to enroll.

How to Enroll

  • Log in to Benefits4MeEnroll.com. The system will walk you through each decision you need to make. If you need assistance, call the Benefits4Me Program Service Center (contact information in the Need Help? box).
  • Use the Decision Support Tool for help comparing your options and choosing your benefits. Choose “Decision Support” when you enroll and the tool will walk you through the process. You can also click “Compare Plans” for a side-by-side view of costs and coverage.
  • When you enroll, you’ll be asked how you prefer to receive information in the future. We encourage you to support our efforts to “go green” and opt to receive communications by email rather than having them printed and mailed home!
