If you choose to make changes to your Company benefits, you have 31 days from the date of the event that gave you access to other coverage to make any allowed changes to your benefits. Any change(s) you make will be retroactive to the date of the QLE. Take this time to ensure you continue to have the health coverage and financial protection you need.
