We partner with Sharecare to help you live your happiest, healthiest, and most productive life. You have access to well-being resources to help keep your mind and body strong—at no cost to you. Plus, you can earn up to $500 in incentives by completing healthy activities or $550 if you’re married or in a domestic partnership, your spouse or partner is covered by a Company medical plan, they create their own account, and they get a biometric screening.

The program runs from January 1 through November 30 each year. Make sure you take all actions by November 30 to realize your greatest incentive potential!

Get started!

  1. Visit benefits4me.sharecare.com to register and create a user ID and password. Refer to this information on How to Register.
  2. Download the Sharecare app to your mobile device or tablet from the App Store or Google Play and take advantage of this program on the go. (Note: You must take step 1 above to register on the site before you download the app.)
  3. Take your RealAge® test on the Sharecare platform and earn a $25 incentive. (See below for important information on timing.) This tool will reveal your body’s true health age based on your eating, exercise, and sleep habits, behaviors, and existing conditions. Note: You are not required to complete this test first to “unlock” other earning opportunities.
  4. Leverage your health profile. Sharecare will create a personalized experience and profile for you with actionable recommendations so you can start improving your RealAge right away. You’ll also be able to store and access your key biometrics and health profile data.
  5. Start earning your rewards, up to $500 (or $550 if you’re married or in a domestic partnership) per year, for completing healthy activities.
  6. Earn “green days” by using tools and resources from Sharecare to track your health and record your progress. When you satisfy at least 8 of the 13 factors recommended for you, you earn a green day. Green days mean you’re taking care of yourself and potentially improving your RealAge. Refer to this Green Day Overview for additional information.

The RealAge test provides a unique calculation of your body’s health age. Once you take the test, you’ll receive personalized recommendations about the activities you can complete to take control of your health and grow younger—and earn additional rewards.

The RealAge test is 100% confidential and only meant to help uncover the good and bad habits that are impacting your health. Nobody—not even the Company or your health insurance—will know the results.

Total Potential Incentives Per Year

Up to $500 or up to $550 if your spouse or domestic partner also participates

Rewards are paid the month following the end of each quarter and are taxed at the supplemental wage rate that applies to prizes, awards, bonuses, etc.

  • April check date: April 17, 2026 when you’re paid biweekly; April 24, 2026 when you’re paid monthly
  • July check date: July 24, 2026 biweekly; July 31, 2026 monthly
  • October check date: October 16, 2026 biweekly; October 31, 2026 monthly
  • December check date: December 24, 2026 biweekly and monthly

*Note for New Hires: The amount you can earn is based on when you are hired, get registered, and take action.

  • Employees hired and registered during Q1: $500
  • Employees hired and registered during Q2: $450
  • Employees hired and registered during Q3: $400
  • Employees hired and registered during Q4 (through November 30): $350

If you’re hired between December 1-December 30, you are not eligible for 2026 incentives.

  • The Sharecare Wellness Program will reward you up to $500 per year for completing specific healthy activities each quarter (up to $550 for the year if your spouse or partner is covered by a Company medical plan, creates their own account, and gets a biometric screening).
  • If you’re enrolled in a Company BCBSMA medical plan, BCBSMA will reimburse you for a healthy lifestyle. The following amounts are per family, per year:
    • Up to $300 for fitness memberships, classes, subscriptions, or equipment.
    • Up to $300 for participating in a qualified weight-loss program.
