Telehealth Offers Behavioral Healthcare
Call today to connect with a licensed provider—including psychiatrists—when you need assistance.
Real Doctors. Real Doctor Visits. Real Easy to Schedule.
Participants enrolled in the BCBS Core, Buy-Up, and Consumer Choice Plan medical plan options have access to two telehealth providers: Well Connection and Firefly Health.
When you use these providers, virtual primary care, urgent care, and mental healthcare will be FREE if you’re enrolled in the Core Plan or Buy-Up Plan and FREE after you meet your deductible if you’re enrolled in the Consumer Choice Plan!
If you receive other types of care or these services refer you to other providers for care, you will incur costs based on the medical plan you’re enrolled in. In addition, if you receive telehealth from a provider other than Well Connection or Firefly your medical plan cost share will apply.
Firefly Health gives you an easy process to choose providers and schedule appointments from your phone, a chat function that keeps you instantly connected to your care team, and a care team that guides you to top doctors near you.
Firefly focuses on care based on your goals, from your dedicated team, with resources at your fingertips.
