Let us help you find the information you need.
From phones and tablets to computers and TVs, screens are part of everyday life. More than 80% of U.S. adults report using digital devices for over two hours per day, and many two or more devices simultaneously.1 With screen time often starting shortly after waking up and continuing right before bed, it’s more important than ever to take steps to protect your eye health.
We offer a vision benefit, administered by EyeMed® Vision Care, that gives you flexibility to receive care from any provider you choose. However, you’ll generally pay less when you use providers and retail locations in the EyeMed InSight network, including LensCrafters®, Pearle Vision®, Target Optical®, and Sears Optical®. In-network providers will also prepare and submit claims for you.
Plus, EyeMed members can take advantage of the eyeRewards program, which offers extra savings, special prize opportunities, and bite-size wellness tips when you opt in through the Member Web and complete an eye exam. Register now at eyemed.com/member and select the checkbox that says “Yes, I’d like to receive information about my vision care benefits and vision wellness via email.” If you’re already enrolled, sign up by selecting the checkbox under Account > Communication Preferences.
Blue light can damage your eyes, and your eyes can’t block blue light on their own. Kids’ eyes are even less equipped to block it.2
Blue light radiates from your TV, computer, tablet, phone, and even the sun. Too much blue light may cause eye strain and headaches today, and retinal damage (or worse) down the road.3 Consider having blue light protection added to your lens materials and coatings.

Shop and buy frames, contacts, and sunglasses just like you would in the store, but from your computer, smartphone, or tablet.

The rates below show the cost you will pay for vision coverage per bi-weekly pay period.
Note: When you enroll in or change your benefits, you authorize the Company to deduct the amount you owe for benefits from each paycheck you receive. Please keep in mind: The amount you pay for coverage is based on the date coverage takes effect, not the date you enroll. If your paycheck doesn’t include enough money to cover the amount you owe or if you do not receive a paycheck (e.g., you’re on an unpaid leave of absence), the Company will continue your coverage and deduct missed payments from future paychecks until the amount you owe is repaid in full. Note: The Company will not deduct more than twice the standard pay-period deduction from any one paycheck to repay this amount.
