Annual Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll in or update your health and insurance coverage through the Company. The elections you make from October 7 through October 21, 2026, take effect January 1, 2027.
If you don’t enroll, you may miss the opportunity to customize your coverage based on your 2027 needs and budget. However, most of your current coverage will carry over to 2027, except participation in a Flexible Spending Account. You must take action to save tax-free money in an FSA in 2027, even if you were enrolled in 2026.
SpringWorks employees, if you don’t enroll, you will not have health or supplemental insurance coverage through the Company in 2027. See the box to the right for additional information.
