State PFML, Disability, and Sick Leave Notices

When you need time away from work, understanding your options and coverage matters. This page includes required state notices about Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) disability benefits and paid sick leave, with information about eligibility, benefits, and your rights.

Some state communications mention how time off becomes available, either through accruals over time or as a front-loaded allotment, meaning all at once at the beginning of the year. The Company frontloads all time off allotments, unless otherwise required by state law.

Additional Information

  • You can find information about the Company’s Paid Time Off and Leaves & Disability offers.
  • If you want to review the specific policies, visit HR4You. Each policy links to a state supplemental policy. The state supplemental policy will be used for states that require the Company to frontload or accrue more than the standard 48 hours of Time Off Allowance (TOA) that is offered to employees.
